What materials are your backdrops made of?
We offer two material types - fleece and fabric. Fleece is a thickler material printed on compressed fleece and hemmed on all four sides. Fabric is a thinner, silkier material with rich vivid color. Both materials are machine washable and fold easily for storage. The main difference between the two is sizing, the fleece is a thicker material, thus takes up more storage space.

When will my order ship?
Order processing is 5 days plus shipping time. Most customers have their orders within 7-10 business days.

What if my backdrop has wrinkles?
Our backdrops are virtually wrinkle free once hung, but you may have creases from shipping. If this happens, simply throw your backdrop in the dryer with a damp towel for a few minutes and you're ready to go!

What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. Every backdrop is custom printed based on the design and size of your choice. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed because they go straight to print.

What size should I buy?

50"x60" - This is our smallest size and works best for newborns and sitters.
60"x80" - Ideal for babies, toddlers and young children. Our most popular size.
6'x8' - Sized best for children, siblings, and headshots.
8'x8' and 8'x10' - Children, teenagers and families fit best on these sizes.
